Specialized Ultrasound Training Advances OB/GYN Care

Faculty from NYUGSOM and UDS-SoM are training OB/GYN specialists at TTH to use ultrasound guided imaging to manage complex obstetric and gynecological cases. With AMPATH Ghana’s specialized training and procurement of transvaginal ultrasound probes, OB/GYN clinicians are beginning to routinely serve women dealing with infertility, recurrent miscarriages, and abnormal bleeding.
